Description

As the Client Services Executive your role will be to communicate with clients and it will centre around supporting the sales and marketing team to ensure the success of website and client marketing campaigns across all channels including email, SMS and social media.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Acting as a central point of contact for all clients and responding to all client queries
  • Website maintenance
  • Coding and creation of HTML email campaigns, ensuring a consistent high level of quality (HTML knowledge preferred but not essential as training provided)
  • Client liaison relating to copy deadlines, testing and approval, ensuring timely delivery
  • Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis as required across a selection of products


Experience

This is a fantastic role for someone working in a similar position of Client Services Executive or someone working within an administrative position, looking to take a step up! To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the below:

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident and a ‘can-do’ approach to work
  • Detail oriented with high level of good judgement
  • HTML knowledge preferred but not essential
